I have a Brazilian wife who im trying to get a settlment visa for i have sent all required documents and we have been waiting 15 weeks now and they have my wifes visa so she cannot leave her country what can i do it feels like the goverment are dictating who i can marry

Hello,

You may contact your local MP and ask them to write to the Home Office to complain about the length of time it is taking for your wife's application to be processed, this may help speed the process up.

You may also lodge an official complaint with the Home Office about the long processing time after 6 months have passed since the application was lodged.

You may also complain to the Parliamentary Ombudsman and as a last resort, file for judicial review in the courts.
