1-what is the estimated time for finishing the case once started?
2-do you take the case with the concerned departments after getting the required documents?
I mean if I want to come with her in august 2015 when I have to start?

You will see from the following link that if applying from Jordan then 100% of all applications are determined within 10 days of after being received:-

However, I would caution that in the past such waiting times have been highly changeable and we have not way of knowing the extent of the sample used to get the 10 days number.

I would advise applying at least three months in advance of travel, which means that you should be preparing the application one month before this time. Ideally, you would instruct a UK based immigration solicitor to prepare the application.

The application must be applied for online by completing the form. Then an appointment is made at the visa processing centre and you attend with your documents to submit them. They then determine the application.
