For spouse settlement visa: financial requirements, if sponsor

Resolved Question:

For spouse settlement visa: financial requirements, if sponsor is returning from employment abroad and has a job offer of GBP 15000 and makes up for the shortfall (18600-15000) in cash savings of GBP 25000. Do these cash savings of GBP 25k have to have been in a bank a/c for last six months or can they be deposited just before the submission of application?
