Hello,

The EEA national must be exercising treaty rights in the UK.

Section 1 of the form is for the applicant who is the non EEA national.

Section 2 of the form is for the applicant's family members who are also non EEA nationals;

Section 3 of the form is for the EEA national .

May I help further?
