I am planning to apply for ILR based on 10 year long residence

Customer Question

I am planning to apply for ILR based on 10 year long residence this december but I have this grey area that still confuses me.My last visa expired july 2013 . I applied for further leave on form FLR(O) and was refused.I appealed the decision and date for hearing was 13/03/14 but i withdrew my appeal on 10/03/14 and submitted another application for ILR using SET(O) form which was also rejected and i appealed again. The date for appeal hearing is 20/03/15. i came to the Uk Sept 2014 and want to now apply for ILR based on 10 year long stay.
Have I broken my continous stay or i have a chance?
Thanks
Tony
