Customer: replied 2 years ago.

Any child from an Age group of 0 to 4 years. I have spoken to two agencies and have got contradicting information. One said I need ILR and the other asked me to wait for a year.

Hi
It is unlikely that any Agency will accept you until you are permanently resident UNLESS you are intending to adopt from your home country
This is not a matter of what is legally allowed - it is about the assessment process and the need to be certain about the future of the child.
However it is possible that there is an Agency who will accept you, but I am afraid it will take a number of calls to find one
Please ask if you need further details
