No, you cannot do so. You can apply for British Citizenship and then you will be free to travel to your country of origin.

HO band me for 10 years and I explain then on the form they said you were convicted on 29/11/2011you did not declared thes on your previous application for British

In that case, I am afraid you cannot upgrade your ILR status as a refugee to ILR as a non refugee.
