Hi
has the DNA test been completed?
Clare
Customer: replied 11 months ago.
No. I applied to family court for declaration of percentage and my hearing is in January. She accepted that I'm the child biological father and she won't include my details on the birth certificate.I need advice before I go for the hearing and I'm illegal
Customer: replied 11 months ago.
I could add my details on my sons birth certificate after the hearing and she declares I'm the biological father
Expert:  Clare replied 11 months ago.
Hi
Will she admit to the court that you are the father?
Clare
Customer: replied 11 months ago.
Yes she will
Expert:  Clare replied 11 months ago.
Then why will she not simply reregister the birth with you now?
Customer: replied 11 months ago.
She said she will never do it because she think I put other kids before my son
Customer: replied 11 months ago.
When she received notice from court about declaration percentage then she said what's point going to court when I'm the biological father.
Expert:  Clare replied 11 months ago.
In that case why do you think she will tell the truth in court - can you afford a DNA test?
Customer: replied 11 months ago.
Yes I can, I'm 100% sure she will tell the truth. She will embarrasswe with dna. She will tell court reason why she didn't add my name to bc, I need that for visa and I don't act like a dad
Expert:  Clare replied 11 months ago.
Then all will be well and the Order will be made - but you do need to attend the court
