Customer Question

hi, I would like to make an inquiry about spouse visa.
I am a tier 2 visa holder and would like to switch to spouse visa. However, my husband has been made redundant. I just want to know if they would count my income if I applied? Or they need to see the income from my husband's employment.
Kind regards,
Jeanne

Hi,

If your husband is a UK National or has ILR, then your income would be considered as part of the financial requirement. If he is subject to immigration control, then it will not.

I hope this answers your question. If so, kindly rate the answer and provide feedback.

If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to ask.

Kind regards,
