Customer Question

A Russian lady had her bag stolen and the bag contained her NTL visa and passport. She already has obtained a new passport from the Russian consulate but her application for a restoration of her 'No Time Limit Visa' was rejected by the Home Office because five separate pieces of evidence of her residence in the UK between 2012 and 2017 are difficult for her to obtain. She has a photocopy of her stolen passport. Does she have to have proof of her residence in the U.K. for every separate year, or just five different proofs? Her husband managed her affairs and she can only produce bills, etc. but not necessarily for every year. Please advise. Thanks in advance. ***** *****e

Hi,

Did she provide a police report relating to her lost passport?
