Customer Question

My husband had an e2 visa denied on marginality so was advised to apply for a b1. He did so and was approved for one year. He was advised how his passport would be returned and timescale. However he received it with no stamp and a rejection letter stating that he didn't have strong enough ties! Can a visa be approved in the embassy then sent back denied?..

Also there was no mention of further "administrative processing".

I am sorry your question is not clear. I am not familiar with a b1 visa under UK immigration

Are you really qualified to answer the question? B1 visas are extremely common!

It may be extremely popular for US iimmigration but this is a UK visa section.
