1. No, I regret to say that you cannot marry a Chinese girl without getting divorced, as this would constitute bigamy which is a crime in Ireland. By law, you must be unmarried, that is, divorced, before you can enter into a fresh marriage. A marriage Registrar will refuse to marry you should you be found to be still married or undivorced. If you do successfully marry a woman whilst not having got a divorce, then you leave yourself open to criminal prosecution as it is a crime in Ireland to have undergone a marriage whilst not divorced.
