Customer Question

My Chinese friend has been living in Ireland since 2007, with her son and family, who are now Irish citizens. She recently applied to the Immigration Office for permission to be allowed to stay here permanently. She is in her 50s and has no where to stay or no money if she goes back to China. She would be living on the streets. She has never claimed any moneys from the Irish State and does not intend to do so. Her son has been maintaining her since she arrived and will continue to do so. I hope you can give me some advice as she has been told to leave Ireland before the 13 th December.

I've been working hard to find a Professional to assist you with your question, but sometimes finding the right Professional can take a little longer than expected.

I wonder whether you're ok with continuing to wait for an answer. If you are, please let me know and I will continue my search. If not, feel free to let me know and I will cancel this question for you.

Thank you!
