If there is no mortgage deed on the house them you can sell it. You are still personally obliged to repay the lender.

If I sell house has the bank no recoure only to recover the money owed but not to bring me to court for selling their security as fraud or knowing selling house I have morgage on as being a fast one how would the court look at this
