Hi, I am setting up a business-events for singles over 40

Customer Question

Hi, I am setting up a business-events for singles over 40 in my local counties. I want to create a pre-launch web page on the internet. The web page will have a brief bio of the business and will ask people to leave their name and email address if they would like to be notified of the launch. My question is what are the legal requirements of a pre-launch page? Do I need a privacy policy or can I just say something like "We respect your privacy and will never sell on your details etc" Do I need to have an address or contact details on the page? If so would a po box do as an address as I don't want to use my home address and I am doing this from home. I do not have a website as of yet. Is there anything else I am not thinking of? Thank you, XXXXX XXXXX
