Is it legal for a community radio with charatible status to co own a shareholding commercial TV service which is using the benefits of the radio without the Radio board of directors & we just found out that the radio manager is manager for both companies & there is a director from radio on other commercial business surly there is conflict of interest. I am on the board for radio & I need advise ASAP
