I have signed a contract detailing grounds for separation to

Resolved Question:

I have signed a contract detailing grounds for separation to my wife. I gave it to her over two months ago but she has not signed and returned the contract to me with her agreement. Can I now withdraw the offer as she has not agreed to it or am I obliged to wait until she makes up her mind? There was no expiration date as such in the contract.

Thank you for your question.
You are not obliged to wait till she makes up her mind. If so you could wait for ever! Give her a further 14 days and if she doesn't respond see your solicitor and take the next steps.
Please leave a positive response so that I am credited for my time.
