- do you have any words written on the radio screen (code or wait)?
- the fuses in engine compartment and trunk are not relevant in our case, were the fuse boxes (two in side the vehicle on the heelboard (left and right), checked?

no .the radio screen is blank. I have checked fuses in heelboards as per booklet.
