Hi, I have a 2008 XF with a proximity key. About 12 months ago my fob battery started to die, so I replaced the battery. Since then I've had issues with the battery in the fob draining really quickly, in one case, in just 2 months. The last time this happened, the fob died completely and I was forced to replace it with a brand new Jaguar fob (this was about 3 months ago). Now, the new fob has died and I can't turn the car on at all. I need to pieces of advice, firstly, is there an overriding problem causing these fobs to drain, and secondly, what can I do to get the car started?
