HI I have a 3.5 year old Jag XJThe bonnet open warning

Customer Question

HI I have a 3.5 year old Jag XJ The bonnet open warning light is on. I assume it is the bonnet sensor again. It has been changed at least twice under warentee but it is not covered now. I need to short the sensors out as I can't keep having them embarrassing me when Im out. I can't lock the car apart from fiddling around with the emergency key. Any ideas? Peter XXXXX
