I'm sorry about the computer issue. It looks like windows is corrupted.
Please try this: turn off the laptop, then press & keep holding the key 0 (zero), and then turn on the laptop until a system recovery menu appears, then release the key 0, and continue.
How about trying F8 key? What are all the options it gives you?
Can you try the recovery disk, and do F12, then use the arrow keys to select the cd/dvd drive, then press Enter key, then press Enter key when asked to boot from the cd/dvd drive...?
Do you mean the mouse cursor does not move?
Does it ask you to do anything on the screen now?
Or what's it doing now on the screen?
Click on Next.
Hmm, it's not working. Can you turn off, then remove the charger and battery, then reconnect only the charger (without battery), then try the recovery disk again?
Do you have any other windows disk?
If you are comfortable, can you remove the memory RAM from the laptop?
ok, then reconnect only one memory stick, then try the recovery disk again
I'm sorry, maybe the recovery disk is bad.
Try another windows disk if you can get one. If you need anything else later, please let me know any time.
