When I log on to one particular website through Internet Explorer

When I log on to one particular website through Internet Explorer I am not getting access to the full page but instead just the top bit, with an error message in the form of a "yellow question mark, done"? in the bottom left hand corner of the screen. Can you outline the steps in simple form to fix the problem. Thankyou.

Can you click Start -> type "internet explorer" and click on the E icon.

Then open the site in Internet Explorer, and check if it works.

Click the Advanced Tab -> select Reset, place a check on all boxes.
