have followed your instructions & now i'm told I have no internet connection to carry out the online repair! I have full broadband connection at the moment - what is the problem!
Have carried out your instructions & installed office again. Now waiting while its doing some 'finishing touches' this may take a while. When I did this last night it took over 1hour.
My laptop crashed before completing. I did have a screen message 'We couldn't install office. we're sorry. We ran into a problem while installing & couldn't continue. If another progam is installing please wait for it to finish & then click retry'.
Another screen popped up with 'You can use office now - we're wrapping things up - please stay online as we make some finishing touches'
It appears in my all progams list but I cannot open any of the sections. To be honest I haven't the time to pursue the matter further today& will leave until tomorrow. Thanks
