I have had a replacement battery delivered for my Acer Aspire

I have had a replacement battery delivered for my Acer Aspire 5732Z laptop. My problem is that the replacement battery is heavier and larger than the original and will not fit. Can you please advise.

I think you should contact the seller because it appears they sent you the wrong battery.

if it doesn't show the original battery's model number after "replace" it is definitely the wrong one

Hi Wes . I have sent the so called replacement back. It was a12 cell 10400aMh . Did not have a model number printed on it. Supplier still maintain that is compatable It is chinese .e mail address of supplier

If you paid via credit card, you can contact their customer service on the back side of the card and tell them you want to dispute the charge. They will send you paperwork to do it. If you paid via PayPal, you can also dispute the transaction. Let me know how you paid and I can give you more specific instructions on how to handle it if they do not provide you with a refund.
