i am still awaiting a reply this is very difficult why have you stopped the support i have had no advice as yet and have paid for support

Remove all external devices, CDs, AC Adapter and battery from the computer. Keep the AC Adapter and battery unplugged.

Hold the power button down for 20-30 seconds. (Nothing will appear on the display and none of the lights will light up.) Without the battery or Adapter.

Normally power on the notebook. Check if it starts startup repair.

i have disabled automatic start up by pressing f9 thinking i could start computer

Please restart the computer and as soon as it restarts, repeatedly press the F8 key till you get Advanced Boot Options.

done comes up with message your pc ran into aproblem and needs to restart.we're just collecting somew error info and then you can restart 100% complete but then nothing happens
