I cannot get my Lenovo laptop to start up.. goes into the start

I cannot get my Lenovo laptop to start up.. goes into the start up repair screen.
I have tried unplugging, disconnecting battery, holding down start for 30 seconds, attaching battery and power, but no change. Any ideas? thanks, Ross.

I'm sorry, unfortunately, no, startup repair did not work, so windows is really corrupted, so you would need to restore/reset the laptop. If you really need the updated data from the last 5 days, then there is a way to get your data out before restoring the laptop.

sorry about that, they would need to restore / reset the laptop, but they can get your data out first, so I guess you don't need me to show you a way to get your data out, which requires techy stuff.
