charms/apps do not load < what can I do to resolve this all I have is green screen

If you press ctrl and alt and del

I clicked on Task manager and it has brought up a list ptocesses performance app history start up users details services

I cannt see where New task is to type explorer.exe

Hello James - have now found where to type in explorer.exe --- went to top of screen selected File and then saw new task option typed in explorer.exe and ----- YESSSS now have all my Charms back ---- thank you very much for your help and patience - Kind Regards Brenda
