Hi James, sorry in the delay in responding, the fire fox has worked I can now access the web pages, do you think I should delete internet explorer to the recycle bin, also how do I defrag the acer laptop, I cannot find the defrag setting in the programs or maintenance section on the acer, this acer has no antivirus would installing one help resolve some of the issues I am experiencing.
