Resolved Question:

Satellite laptop C50-a-1jq. I am trying to set this up but the laptop seems to have stalled after loading the apps. I can now login, but the computer does nothing. When I press ctrl-alt-del the Task Manager states Activate Windows. Go to PC settings, but this button doesn't work either. How can I set up my machine? Can I start again?
