When did this issue first occur?

At the blank screen, can you please press at the same time the 3 keys: Ctrl, Alt, Del on the keyboard, then let me know what it shows?

Thank you. Let's try this first possible solution:

Please click on the option Task Manager, then click on More details if shown at the bottom left in Task Manager
, next, in Task Manager, click on File menu at the top, then click on New task (Run...)

, then type rstrui then click OK
, then restore the computer to any date before this issue first occurred, and check.

Hi, Laptop froze, I am trying to restore files again.

I'm sorry, let's try another solution:

- Please sign out, or restart the laptop, but do not log in
, then at the login screen, press & keep holding the Shift key on your keyboard
, then click on the Power icon, then click on Restart while still holding the Shift key.
, then only until a menu appears, then you can release the Shift key
, then select the Troubleshoot option, then select the Refresh your PC option, and continue.
