let me know how old is the laptop
also do you have any windows 8 disc or recovery disc
Customer: replied 2 years ago.

i have used for 6 months

i dont really what is the 8 disc

Expert:  michelleclive replied 2 years ago.
do you have any cd or dvd that came with the computer with windows 8 or recovery cd mentioned on it
Customer: replied 2 years ago.

no

Expert:  michelleclive replied 2 years ago.
the notebook seems to be stuck in an infinite loop
this usually happens due to a system file corruption
since its not letting go to any of the advanced screens and you do not have any discs, the only options would be to run a factory restore of the notebook
factory resore would rollback your system back to original settings when you first got it
so in case you do not backup your data on a regular basis, unfortunately there is no way we can recover it
since the unit is 6 months old, i would suggest to call fujitsu and ask them for the recovery discs.
if however they are unable to supply the same, then the last option would be to attempt a recovery as per below steps
Reboot or turn on your Fujitsu Lifebook and press "F12" when the Fujitsu logo appears.
Highlight "Recovery and Utility" using your arrow keys and press "Enter." If this options does not appear, you have to recover directly from the recovery disc.
Select a new keyboard layout on the first screen that appears, if your preferred keyboard is not already selected. Click "Next." Select "Use recovery tools...," and "Next" on the "Operating System" dialog screen. Enter your password, if your system is configured with one.
Click "Recovery and Utility" on the "System Recovery Options" screen.
Click the "Recovery" tab and click "Restoring the Factory Image (only C:\drive)." Follow the on-screen instructions to restore your Fujitsu Lifebook.
Let me know if you have any questions or face any difficulty and i will assist you further
please click on a smiley face below or stars above to complete the rating if your question has been answered
