Hi Richard, I have Windows Live Mail and we have changed to BT hub for our internet but I can't receive and send emails in Windows Live Mail as there must be something wrong with the settings please can you help me as I have tried so many settings from the BT website, Spencer.

What email do you use, such as Hotmail, Yahoo, Gmail, AOL, etc.?

If you use btinternet email address, are you currently able to access it at the bt.com website?

Do you have windows xp, vista, or 7, or 8, 10?
