Pro shield drives me crazy! It pops up all the time telling

Pro shield drives me crazy! It pops up all the time telling me it is not installed and need a diskette. I do not have such diskette, and it keeps popping up. I have searched for it trying to uninstall it - but it does not show up amongst such programs that you ca uninstall, What to do? ***@******.***

Do you see it in the list there?

If so, click it and uninstall it from there

ok, download the uninstaller here

Open the uninstall tool, locate and select ProShield program.
Click Analyze button and perform the regular removal.
Click Scan leftover button and click ‘Delete’ to removal all found files/folders/registry entires.
Click OK button to finish the removal.

I did follow your instructions. I found pro shields an clicked on it. The program said nothing in the registry but one file existed, I was asked to pay to get it removed.
I have not paid - I paid you!?

I do not then think you have it installed

Do this

Click Start, type in MSCONFIG and press enter.

Click on the Startup Tab and click Disable All.

Click on the Services Tab and click "Hide All Microsoft Services"

Then click Disable All

Click ok, restart and let me know if it then pops up with the message
