Do you see it in the list there?
If so, click it and uninstall it from there

Open the uninstall tool, locate and select ProShield program.Click Analyze button and perform the regular removal.Click Scan leftover button and click ‘Delete’ to removal all found files/folders/registry entires.Click OK button to finish the removal.
I do not then think you have it installed
Click Start, type in MSCONFIG and press enter.
Click on the Startup Tab and click Disable All.
Click on the Services Tab and click "Hide All Microsoft Services"
Then click Disable All
Click ok, restart and let me know if it then pops up with the message
