a virus then the Laptop just shut down and every time I tried to sign in it rejects it every time is there any way it can be solved and get Laptop working

Hi yes into a email address but can get Past the signing in rejects what ever I try wont let me in When Start the Laptop up on Screen is space for Password I can get Past that .
