Assistant: What's the brand/model/Operating System (OS) of your laptop?
Customer: Fujitsu N series window 10
Assistant: When did you purchase your Fujitsu? What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: OK, short, water was seel no computer.
Assistant: Anything else you want the computer expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: Was working ok, water makes that everything go stop. Now after a few days, I connect to the charger. I have to charge indicator solid orange, next is solid green. When I push "power on" button, nothing happen.

What is the exact model number of the computer?

Most likely there is moisture under the keyboard requiring disassembly in order to dry it out before starting. Once the computer powers up I can start the remote assistance you have requested to further inspect the hardware.

Just curious - what tests did you perform?

When I take a parts PC, I see calcium or other deposit on motherboard elements. Mean make some short and can make damage elements.
