I signed for an online course online after the cancellation time I decided to cancel for finacial reasons (i was one week late in cancelling) i was wondering if contract was leagally binding being signed via computer??

Expert:  Jo C. replied 4 years ago.

I am sorry but an electronic signature is sufficient to create a binding contract.

In fact, there is no need for signed writing at all to create a binding contract. An oral agreement is sufficient. The purpose of signed writing is to prove what was agreed.

I am sorry but thats your position.
