we purchased a rise and recline chair in august from a local suplier called topcat unfortuneatly the footrest has broken in some way topcat said we had to contact lazyboy to sort this out we did this and they said they would send someone out to see it on jan23 my husband is disabled and struggles to manage with out his chair we paid alot of money for it and dont feel we should have to have a repaired chair topcat said we could choose another but lazyboy wont let them pick it up until they have seen it what are our rights in this matter
