I really don't know what is going on here. I have asked my question two hours ago, paid £33, spoken to call centre re problem registering my email, and still getting nowhere. I have completed the box to say that have spoken to timeshare helplines, but because problem is about points rather than timeshare, they weren't able to be much help. Have communicated direct with Aroma, with no satisfaction. Like I keep saying, I really need to let you have sight of more information to see what the problem is.

We want to opt out of holiday points contract with Aroma (Spice). We were advised by RCI, who we had been with for 15 years, to transfer to Aroma in December 2011 because they were no longer able to offer good value. We took up this offer, but have since regretted. Have just made second attempt to opt out, but they seem to make this almost impossible. The annual costs outlined at that time were £444, but in full turned out to be £706 paid on 30.07.12, and we have now been invoiced for a further £736 due on 30.01.13. Their response has been "Member may, by giving not less than 180 days notice in writing, resign from membership at any time but only if fully paid all moneys due by him to SPICE or Management Company or Developer Company or Reservations Company and he has no outstanding obligations due and on such resignation any points/points rights shall be dealt with as hereinafter appears. A membership will only be cancelled provided annual fees are paid in full. Any cancellation requests received after June of any year would require member settle the next years annual fees before cancellation can be honored. there should be no future reservations after cancellation date as well.
