Customer Question

Dear sir, madame,
i just found out my employer - or someone of the management - signed my signature on my employment contract without knowing. It is very poorly done, clearly not done by me. So, its a case of Signature forgery. But I do not know what to do. They apologized and blaimed someone who just left the company. They offered me the same contract to sign again...but i have doubts what I should do.
Regards, Mary
