An Irish client is wrongfully accusing me of defamation.

He insist on :

1. Unequivocal public retraction and apology,

2. Compensation for damages

3. I must pay his legal cost

I am based in the UK and the person making this allegation lives in Ireland. His claims is completely false. Can you give me some advise?
