in the uk while her mum finish her treatment, what shall we do and if the daughter can enter mainstream school

I am sorry - but whilst your niece can come here on a visitors visa to be wit her mother she is not entitle to go to a state school or have free health care.
It is not impossible that your local school would be willing for her to join them for a limited period - but there is no requirement for then to do so I am afraid
