I would like to know if my previous convictions would stop me from becoming a lawyer?
So it will damage my chances of becoming a lawyer?
Will I still be able to become one though if I declare my convictions?
It’s just because I’ve been offered a place on a LLB law degree and I will need to know if there’s no chance of me getting a job at the end of it, as I will have to contact the university and tell them that I can’t do the degree because I won’t be able to practice law because of my past.
Can I get an Enhanced CRB check done on myself if so, how?
