I was given wrong advice when liquidating a company my salary was put through and no paye was paid the revenue are now saying I maybe personally liable the debt is 54000 the only way I can pay is to sell my house which is on an interest only mortgage but just about enough capital to pay the debt of course this will take time am I best to negotiate this myself?or is there any help I can get?
