my mother died and we were tenants in common,so i own half of our house,my elder sister and i are the two main beneficeries,so technically i own 3 quarters of the house,and she has a right to proceeds of one quarter,she is trying to barge into the house and take over,we have been estranged for 18yrs,and my mother wanted to change her will but was 91 and a bit feeble,the question is do i have to let her in the house?the will is under 2 trustees who have a say in what we do.

Although
she may only own one quarter and you own three quarters, but she actually has
the right, by virtue of that quarter to come into the house.
