my stepson ignored a fine which he received for dropping a cigarette nub.The case went to court and has resulted in the bailiffs going to his mothers housse to obtain goods. The amount of the fine is now £750 and none of the familly are in a position to pay it but the bailiff says he cannot negotiate terms for payment. My stepson does not have belongings at his mothers house,how can this be resolved?
