Was anyone paying?
Customer: replied 4 years ago.

he was in the bar for less than tow minutes he followed my husband into the kitchen where i was making bacon sandwitches can i say we gave the beer away they were paying for the bacon sandwitces

Expert:  UK-Justice replied 4 years ago.
If they paid for the beer then you are in breach.

I can not tell you to lie but if it went to court a judge is unlikely to consider that you have it away.

I am sorry but you have to be realistic.

You can mitigate but you have breached if.

I am sorry
