Hi

Thank you for your question.

What was the exact wording of the petition?

Where and when did you sign it?

Kind regards

AJ

The petiton was against a proposed Substation in our local vicinity. A representative from the company said that if we signed the petition and it went to a public enquiry we would be liable for costs. I think this was very intimidating. Was he correct.

Hi

Thank you.

You do not become liable for any costs just from signing a petition. It is not a contractual arrangement or relation.

It is a democratic process. What does the petition relate to?

Kind regards

AJ
