Hello , I have house that my ex husband and I jointly own it still has a mortgage. We have been divorced now for 2 years but the house was not in settlement. I moved away due to him been a Violent man and a Rapest. I would have like to sell my house but he is not willing. How can I get him to sell or buy me out? And is the a law that says he can take full ownership after five years if I'm not paying towards the payment's? Thanks Danielle Napier

Hello , there is about 35,000 left to pay on mortgage. Nun of things were sorted in divorce we get a quite divorce. He has his disabled adult living with him. All other children are adults and not living in the house.
