Probate would have to be granted to those administering the will and there will be a record of that, and the will itself will be a public document.
You would need to complete form PA01 (available here: http://hmctscourtfinder.justice.gov.uk/HMCTS/GetForm.do?court_forms_id=739)
And then send it to the probate registry at the following address:
Postal Searches and Copies Department Leeds District Probate Registry York House York Place Leeds LS1 2BA
