Bought upgrade on 18/04, faulty from new. Replaced phone on

Bought upgrade on 18/04, faulty from new. Replaced phone on 27/04 with new phone but new phone with same fault. Now told second phone has to go off and be repaired. Two phones in less than three weeks and now without phone while new phone gets repaired
